By registering for the Nepalgunj Marathon you agree to the following terms:
1. Registration is personal and non-transferable except where explicitly permitted by the organizers.
2. Participants must follow the instructions of race officials and marshals at all times.
3. The organizers reserve the right to modify the route, schedule, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond their control.
4. Bib numbers must be worn visibly at all times during the race.
5. Use of unfair means, including course-cutting, results in disqualification.
